Luca Costa, CRCN CNRS

My scientific interests have always been oriented towards the instrumental development of novel Scanning Probe Microscopies (SPM) techniques and operational schemes for the study of biological systems and soft condensed materials films, structures and assembly. My interests naturally brought me to develop interdisciplinary expertise and instrumental skills covering several scientific disciplines ranging from physics, chemistry, biochemistry and cellular biology. High resolution imaging of challenging interfaces such as liquid/liquid interfaces and cellular membranes and their associated dynamics and remodeling by means of AFM and Fluorescence Spectroscopy are currently the main goals of my research.
